🔧 Warranty & Defective Products

Many of the devices we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 6 months to 1 year.

  • If your product is defective or stops working within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement.
  • Each brand has its own warranty process, and you’ll typically need your proof of purchase and serial number.
  • We’re happy to help guide you through that process if needed.

👉 We do not issue refunds for used or defective items that are covered under a manufacturer warranty.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (New/Unused Items)

We accept returns or exchanges for unused products in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging and all components must be included
  • Return must be initiated within the allowed return window

✅ If eligible, we offer:

  • Exchange
  • Store credit
  • Refund to original payment method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a product arriving damaged.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used devices
  • Vaporizers with visible signs of use
  • Consumables (e.g., coils, pods, cartridges, herbal materials)
  • Items marked final sale or clearance
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or modifications

💸 Refunds (If Approved)

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
